Who I am
Doctor Viviski is a business name used by Kacper Mikulski, a sole trader registered in the UK. Not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Contact: info@drviviski.com. Business address: 3 Christleton Avenue, Crewe, CW2 8TD, United Kingdom.
This site
Prices are given in writing, in pounds, and no VAT is added. The website check-up is a guide from your own answers, not advice or a promise of results.
Working together
Every job has a written client agreement, signed in your dashboard before work starts, with the price, the go-live date and what's included. Where the agreement and this site differ, the agreement applies.
Paying
The setup payment: half to start, half when it goes live. On a plan with a monthly fee, it includes your first three months of everything. Both halves are paid by card through a secure Stripe link. If your plan has a monthly fee, the card you use for the second half is saved, and the fee is taken from it automatically three months after go-live, then every month. You can cancel any month by email, before the next payment is taken. A website on its own has no monthly fee. The exact prices are in your written agreement. Payments are not refundable.
The 90-day promise
If your Job System report shows no job won through the system in its first 90 days, I keep the Job System running at no charge until it does. A job counts as won through the system when the customer first reached you through it (a missed call it caught, a call from your website number, or a website enquiry) and later got a quote you won, an invoice or a review request through it, whether or not you marked it won; or when a quote it followed up was won, or the customer said yes on the quote page. This is a promise of work, not a refund.
Ownership
Once paid for, your website, your domain and every account are yours. I only show your site as my work if you say yes.
